Lokhen achieves Gender Equality Certification.
In recent years, Lokhen has embarked on a concrete and consistent journey to build an increasingly inclusive work environment, implementing a series of initiatives aimed at valuing and protecting its people.

✅ Fair Evaluation: we have adopted objective and impartial merit evaluation systems based on identical criteria for men and women;
✅ Increase in Female Employment: in recent years we have recorded a growth in the number of women within our team;
✅ Support for Parenthood and Work-Life Balance: we foster a balance between professional and personal needs through organizational flexibility and fair access to contractual provisions, respecting individual and family priorities;
✅ Protection and Transparency: we have implemented secure and confidential channels, such as the whistleblowing system and a dedicated reporting box, to allow anyone to report any misconduct in total safety.
This stems from our deep conviction: at Lokhen, we firmly believe that the success of a company is not measured exclusively by business results, but also by the value and positive impact it can generate for people and society.
It is precisely as the natural culmination of this journey that today we are proud to share an important milestone with you: we have officially obtained the Gender Equality Certification (under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference pratice).
Achieving this certificate recognizes our efforts, but maintaining it over time will be a path of continuous improvement that will require the commitment of our entire team.
